Roadside Birding

I drove the back roads of Macomb County today looking for hawks… Not much to see… 1 coopers, 1 American Kestrel and 1 Red-tailed Hawk… There were about 40 Turkey Vultures at the dump site on 28 mile rd near New Haven.. I did come across a small pocket of warblers on 28 mile near New Haven Rd… Nashville, Common Yellowthroat, Palm and a Tennessee Warbler… There also were a small group of Indigo Buntings… most were females and juveniles…
